Korby is an elegant offshore racer designed in an era when “small” boat offshore racing was a nacent sport. Korby was the inspiration for Camper and Nicholsons stock boat “NESÆA”.
Previous winner of the Woodstock “Best Restoration” Trophy during the of the Antigua Classics, she is a yacht of pedigree waiting for the right custodian sail her again.
Originally built for Industrialist Stanley Beeton, the current owner put 100’s of hours in resheathing the exterior but unfortunetely personal circumstances got in the way of finishing the refit.
The spars have been stored in a temperature controlled shed so apart from a coat of varnish, are ready to be stepped.
